We know you want to treat yourself with mayo, ketchup, soy sauce, and other similar condiments sometimes, but you should know where to stop. Read the first 9 points on our list? All of them are included in your favorite condiments. And salt s the biggest culprit.
13 – Soy:
This point is not about whole, cooked, organic soybeans that actually are healthy. But the soy oils and filler found almost in everything are not the greatest choice to take care of your health, especially after thirty. They may stimulate breast cancer cells and memory problems, and trigger headaches.
While science is not sure about the safety of soy, you would want to avoid it as much as you can.
